The complete package

The DIGITAL COLOUR ATLAS performs every imaginable colour comparison among a multitide of colour systems and delivers precise RGB/CMYK values.

It calculates exact colour conversions within the systems and persuasive colour harmonies (complementary contrast, lightness and saturation variations).

It enables the export of every colour into every programme, as long as it supports the clipboard.

The software enables a very fast [and precise] colour match for printers and screens.

The root of the software is a database with colourimetric CIELAB measurement values of all colours. The result of the colour comparison and harmony is not only highly accurate. The calculations are also right for our colour perception, because the CIELAB colour model is matched to the characteristics of the eye.

The results can be reviewed with the included printed colour atlases for coated and uncoated and newsprint paper.

Include Printed Colour Atlases

Three printed CMYK-atlases are combined in a manageable DIN A5 book.

We buy them from the Repro company satzinform. They were printed strongly according to the rules of the ISO 12647 (European scale) and have a very high quality and continuity of the print.

These colour books were also used for the measurement of the CMYK databases contained in the software. Thus, apples are not compared to oranges.
